    What use to be a wonderful place to live, has turned in to a complete disaster. They use to have great management; wonderful people in the office; a lovely doorman; and very efficient and accomodating maintenance people. No more. The office personnel are beyond incompetent. A new company has taken ownership, and the everything about the Deerwood has gone downhill. I would recommend you find another place to rent. There are too many other lovely properties in the city to choose from, to settle for this mediocre complex. Can't wait til my lease is up.
