  We purchase a new construction home and wanted some additional cabinets that the builder did not offer as an option but they told us to contact Craft Masters the vendor they use for cabinets. It was nearly impossible to get someone from Craft Maters to talk to me about getting a quote, once we finally did they sent someone out to measure for the cabinets. She sent me a quote a few days later and we changed our minds about having roll outs in the lower cabinets and ask her to remove them. The new quote came back and was missing the glass inserts for the upper cabinets. I emailed her back with the issues on the quote and a few days later she sent back a new quote with a different color for the cabinets. I pointed this out to her and her response was "My computer is crazy". I finally had to take the quote that was closest to correct and fix the cabinet color and send it back. After she picked up the deposit check and cached it she call me telling me she needs to come back out and measure again, fine I am all for measure twice cut once. She told me she will be at my home at about 10:00 and would call when she was on her way. When I had not herd from her by 10:30 I called and texted a few times. She finally texted me back that she had a family emergency and was sorry to leave me hanging. A simple text message at 10:00 would have sufficed and I would accept the family emergency but I really have to question that with all the disorganization from her and Craft Masters. This process started before February 7th and it is now April 1st.
  Do your self a favor and do not use Craft Master, there are less expensive cabinets at Home Depot and Loews of higher quality.
