    Had auto pay for monthly account charged, they never remember to take the charge, rather they lick the storage unit, and place overdue charge account.

    I have to call - to pay the bill and remove the past due charge.

    In the past year they've failed to take the charge (an auto chargr'e) more than half the time.

    It's beyond me why these folks can't figure out how to initiate the automatic charge.
