  First off when we had a move in date they didn’t have our apartment ready for the move in date. These people do not care about you the first staff that was there (Rosa and Rachel) were so nice and attentive. Now they hire whoever and they’re rude don’t seem like they want to help you. My neighbor chains smokes cigarettes in his apartment and it bleeds through the apartment. My wife is pregnant and I don’t want to stay in there with all the cigarette smoke because I know it’s going to affect my future child. I have been trying to contact the and they don’t answer. I asked for a manager to speak to and there wasn’t one available to attend me about the cigarette situation. The prices are good but the service is bad. Don’t get fooled. I would like to point out it we asked about flooding and it floods couldn’t get to my car at one point. Update, they finally agreed to cut our lease short. They didn’t want to address the cigarette issue.Been trying to contact the leasing office once again and no one answers half the time. Stay away.
