  I was referred by a friend and heard great things about Cantu Movers. My move was scheduled for 9:30AM this weekend. The movers called me to notify me that they are running a little behind which I appreciated the update. I called them several times throughout the day for updates on when they movers will arrive. First I was told 12PM and that someone in the office will call me to keep me posted. I did not received one call from the office and I called the movers several times. By 3PM, the movers still haven't showed up and no one has called to update me. Finally I was able to get ahold of one of the movers and he said to me "Sorry ma'am we won't be able to move you today." I waited 6 hours for the movers to help me move, I was constantly calling for updates and they cancelled on me. I thought it was very inconsiderate and extremely unprofessional to cancel on me after having me wait for 6 hours! I will never recommend Cantu Movers to anyone. Save your money and find a more professional and affordable moving company.
