  My room here was great. Very clean and had everything I needed. I did however have a concerning issue at this hotel. We were in our room watching TV and another guest came and opened the door as the staff had given them the same room. They quickly left and we didn't follow. The next morning when we checked out they printed a receipt for our room and it was not ours. I pointed this out and explained that we were in the room they apparently had given out twice. At this point they tried look for they document we signed when we arrived and claimed they couldn't find it. I gave them my reservation number and they claimed it showed my stay was next month despite my confirmation email showing the correct dates. I don't know what happened here but clearly giving a room out twice should not happen.
