    Decent. Loved the location, directly across the street from the Midtown bar scene, two blocks from Metro rail, and a hop skip and a jump to nearly anywhere else.
    The walls are thin and the buildings aren't all that great, but it's great for Millennials who are into the Midtown scene regardless.
    Not very quiet. Gym is nice but pretty small (can get packed during peak hours, like most places), and the pool area is great.
    Staff is (usually) very friendly and efficient and.
    5 stars go to the maintenance guys though, they are always around, will get to know you if you are too, and are quick, efficient, and super nice about fixing all the bad parts that come with cheap apartments.
    From a long time renter, it deserves 4 stars for trying.
