Since that day I've called them myself to check out my A/C and they are so good at what they do. This was during the Holiday Memorial weekend so they did not have the part until the following week. They made all kinds of exceptions for me and my family so we would be cool and safe during the heat of the weekend. I am so happy with this company and anytime I need an ac company this is the one I will use.
