    The person on the phone was helpful when I called in to order flowers. I was very specific that that I did not want lilies because the recipient is allergic to lilies, however, in error they accidentally added lilies to the arrangement. When I saw a picture of the flowers with the lilies I was so upset. I called Blooms and they were so apologetic. They sent out a new, bigger and nicer bouquet along with an apology note. Everyone can make a mistake, however, they did a great job of apologizing and making it right. I would definitely use Blooms again.
