  I went in to make a simple deposit and it took forever. I first waited behind the front desk until I was able to ask someone if they had teller line once they told me in back I moved their. I was shocked to see one teller only working. Waited in line behind 4 people. Another lady made her way to the computer next to this teller and just started working on something else I guess. No one every told me welcome to Bank of America or even address the long line. One gentleman had to deposit a lot of rolled coin, the teller went and got a shipping bag and took time to put all rolled coin in the bag and write on bag while their was a line. Finally the other teller began moving line. When it was my turn I gave her money I’d and debit card and she gave me debit card back and told me put it in machine. I informed her that I did not have pin because I activated the card online and never received one. I asked her how I could set one up. She said only way was to sit with banker. Later I go home and find out in my mail they sent me a pin.
