  This daycare is horrible. This was the west Houston and Richmond location On 3 occasions they left my son at the school past 4:00 P.M. I voiced my concern and they got upset. I spoke with the owner Mrs. Jessica and she said she had to get with the Ms. Brittney to see if they can continue to pick my son up. My question was no you're the owner please tell me if you can do it or not. I told her as a parent i'm tired of dealing with this. They are Unprofessional, Ghetto, uncooth & Incompetent. I'm so glad to have pulled my son about this disaster of a daycare. They never want to address things with parents concerning their kids. They always try to pass the issues you experience onto the next person instead of taking responsibility. My only issue was y'all said y'all could pick him up. Then you come back and say we will see if you can continue to do it. The issue was the first driver didn't want to do it. She made the school look like it was far away. All in all this daycare is tacky. I will not recommend anyone I know here as the folks i know will not tolerate this non-sense. I will be filing a complaint with the state for the 3 occasions my child was left at the school past 4:00 P.M. The owner wants to get an attitude with me when they neglected my child.My son also shared with me that on Saturdays he didn't receive any meals only snacks.How can you not feed this child a meal on Saturday. He was dropped off at 7 am on a Saturday and guess what. He wasn't fed breakfast.The worker didn't get in until about 7:20 A.M. why have 7am if they're not coming on work on time. Totally unprofessional. That's terrible. I'll show them.my complaint will be lodged with the state!!! Stay far away from this place.How can my sons new school have been out of your bus route when one your bus driver picked up her son at a school that was further down the street. Also, when i called you that day i never said don't pick him up. I said they accidentally put him on the yellow bus can you have the driver wait for him. I also want to address the 3 other times he was left there until after 4:00P.M. The thing is i did address it with your staff about the Saturday meals. It feel upon deaf ears. I addressed it with Brittney also the other African woman that you had there as well.I don't know why you would say i didn't address it. When it comes to my kids i don't play and I assure you I've filed my complaint with the state so i have no more words for you incompetent people.The main problem is follow up with folks. The issue is you the owner wants to put everything on the director. This is your daycare. If something happens they don't look for the director they look for the owner. Take responsibility for your actions and run your business right.
