    Came out once for home warranty spent very little time in my house. Said I had bad fixtures and that if I wanted them replaced I would have had to had them purchased already. So scheduled an appt for later and no one showed up and wasn't notified that my appt was cancelled until they emailed me 20 mins after appt time. I reschuled the appt and again no one here at appt time. So I call him 20 mins after appt time and was told the tech was literally on his way to my house......3 hours later still no tech.
