This last time I got a manicure and pedicure and the lady who was doing my pedicure cut my ankle, MY ANKLE, with one of the utensils to the point where she drew blood!! She was busy talking and looking away when she cut me. I didn't like the pedicure she did, I've had better and the man that did my manicure did horrible!!! I asked for my nails to remain long and I ended up with short nails. The lady saw I wasn't happy and tried to fix my nails but they were already past the point of no return, they were short. I was given a "sorry" but was still expected to pay full price and I was not happy. I like their price but I'd rather pay a little more for a better job.
