  Location was friendly upfront and provided decent service on the first day I arrived, which I'll acknowledge.
  
  The team was dumbfounded on who approved the extra charges on my credit card, which customer service notified me it was the store. I've been unable to get any invoices for the charges and have been told I would be contacted by a district manager for 3 weeks now, which never happened.
  
  It's really disappointing, it seems like there are decent people that work at this location, just no follow up and no concern for your customers, especially when you randomly decide to charge my credit card $200+ without any contact or clue as to why.
  
  *Update on the situation: District manager called me directly and was extremely easy and understanding to work with. I appreciate you taking the time to make the situation right.
